I recently stayed at a wonderful guesthouse in a great location near the University of Toronto. The staff was friendly and the facilities were good. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe with the secure key system and the nearby bus stop. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the price was fair. I had a pleasant stay and would be happy to return.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Secure accommodations with multiple keys for gate, building, and room. Convenient location near bus stop. No issues with pre-authorization and smooth cash payment upon arrival. Friendly staff provided helpful information and clean, well-maintained room with comfortable bed and adequate pillows. Decently fair price for overnight stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the self-help kitchen at Kaisar Guest House. It was equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge and stove, allowing us to cook our own meals. The cleanliness of the washroom was impressive, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The location, close to the university, was ideal for us. we enjoyed our stay at Kaisar Guest House.

The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the vibrant Kensington market and close to the city center. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome and helpful information about the area. the room was well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay, and the kitchen facilities were clean and functional. it was a convenient and pleasant place to stay for exploring the city.
Although the area surrounding the hotel was lively and exciting, it did not feel particularly family-friendly.
